Mixed Feelings

This seat was AWESOME for my son, now 3. I use it now for my infant (2 mos old) and have used it since she was a month old. It's a GREAT bath seat (NOT a bath babysitter!!) as it holds your slippery infant in place so you can wash him/her with your other hand. (You should still hold on to your baby at all times! Common sense does come into play here so don't listen to the negative reviews--if baby kept slipping down, baby wasn't being held by Mommy or Daddy!) However, there is a little hole on the top of the seat and my son was playing with the seat and stuck his thumb in the hole. It got stuck and swelled so fast we couldn't get it out and had to go to the Pediatrician. They had to get cable cutters to cut through the thick plastic. My son was pretty traumatized by the incident. I'm not sure why they have a child's finger-size hole on the seat but I'll be letting them know to consider another design. SO buyer beware--you'll love the seat, but you may want to duct tape over the hole!!
